Alannah Robinson
Optometrist/Manager
Alannah has been part of the team here at Adcotts since January 2011. A lot of our success here in Lymm comes down to the fact that our patients love her. We're still not sure if that's down to her excellent Optometric skills, or simply down to her beautiful Irish accent! Either way, Alannah's always smiling and brightens our days at the practice. A skilled Optom who has a great relationship with her daughters, and loves a fab beach break in the sun! Alannah will always treat you to a lovely professional experience. Ask about "OCT" and the latest technology and she'll be able to talk to you for days. (Contact lenses are particularly her "thing".)
Vicki Patton
Optometrist/Manager
Vicki has joined our team as an Optometrist and Manager. She has a wealth of experience as a community optometrist, as well as working in the teaching clinics at the University of Manchester Optometry programme. She also works for the College of Optometrists, assessing the newest cohort of qualifying Optometrists. As you can tell, she really does love optometry. When she is not working, she has 2 young sons who keep her on her toes. She loves to be busy and is a great addition to the Adcott's team.
Deborah O'Malley
Receptionist / Stylist
Debbie is our cheerful Receptionist/Frame Stylist. Originally from The Land Down Under, she arrived in the UK in December 2001 on a Fiancée Visa. Tying the knot in May 2002, she took a position with Boots Opticians Manchester in the August. Being new to optics, she spent 11 months as a receptionist there before leaving for Specsavers Opticians in the Arndale Centre. Debbie spent the next 6 years there as a Merchandiser & Frame Stylist, at which time she was offered her current role. Debbie have been at Adcott's for15 years in August 2024, and is as passionate about frame styling as ever.

Debbie has now retired, and is currently enjoying her 5 lovely grandchildren. Owner and Optometrist extraordinaire, Debbie still offers sought after advice to the local community. Living in Lymm, Debbie enjoys taking her little dog Marley out for walks, as well as knitting and general arts & crafts. Feel free to ask Debbie anything eyecare related, she's sure to have the answer and will give it to you with a smile on her face!
